Interior Architecture Concept Realisation of a Luxury Boutique in London
We managed the planning, production and implementation of the new monobrand boutique for a leading international luxury watch retailer in a prime location in London. In less than a year and half, we created a highly complex interior with numerous customised elements. DOBAS was in charge of implementation planning for all the different subcontractors, as well as the production, export and installation of all the fittings.

The interior architecture of this luxury boutique put very high demands on planning and coordination. With a seven-person project team, DOBAS took on the detailed development of the implementation plans – including for all the subcontractors involved in the project. On-site visits every two weeks were key to the project’s success.
Production took over six months. The project called for custom fittings only – no built-in element was standard. Due to the large quantities needed for the project, material shortages ended up being another challenge. In the meantime, we planned the logistics down to the last detail: 325 boxes were prepared for export in 23 shipments, all of which arrived in London right on time.
On-site installation also took over half a year. At peak times, around 50 people from different trades were working together at the same time. The narrow entrances, a lack of goods lifts and the bustle of downtown London made the implementation especially challenging. Many components of the fittings needed to be delivered individually and assembled on site. The implementation of the ventilation and security systems presented additional challenges for planning and execution due to their complexity.
After less than a year and a half, the project was successfully completed and the luxury watch boutique opened its doors in March 2025 as planned.
