Luxury Watch Boutique in Saudi Arabia: Bringing the Design to Life
An exclusive boutique covering approximately 230 sqm was completed for a renowned watch brand in a newly developed shopping centre in Saudi Arabia. Our Realisation team was responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation, as well as production, logistics and on-site installation.

A distinctive feature of the project is the custom-designed façade. A prefabricated steel substructure forms the basis of the double-layered stone façade, complemented by full-height glazing that required careful planning and close coordination between all parties involved.
High-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship also play a central role in the interior. A travertine wall with a three-dimensional design adds depth and gives the space a distinctive character. A detailed mock-up was developed to assess and refine the desired effect before implementation.
All stone and gold profiles were precisely prefabricated and subsequently assembled on site. This required close coordination across planning, production, logistics and installation. Bespoke glass decorations complete the design concept and further enhance the boutique’s unique identity.
